Thanksgiving @ Lake Berryessa

Steele park will be open for this weekend and they said that even Gary is welcome back. I know it's hard to believe but that's what she said.


I believe the cabins are 95.00 a night and RV sites are around 20.00 ?

If we can get a rough head count I'll call back and see if we can get some kind of group deal.

This is a free ride and open to all.

This is definetly a must do trip if you live in Northern California! Ive made so many great friends at this over the years. I think four years ago this was my first Wakeworld related event I was able to make it too. The people I met on that wekeend are now some of my best friends..

i was all ready to go last year then got sick as f-- a couple days before. im so down this year. just got to cear the work schedual. so to be safe its the weekend after 29-30 t-day or before 22-23?

Last year was a ton of fun, so many ridiculous stories. I'm gonna have to check the work schedule, I think I'm supposed to work on Friday. Hopefully we can make this madness happen.

Sorry I didn't post the dates. It will be from Friday the 28th to Sunday the 30th.

I should also mention that the store won't be open but I'm told that the gas dock will be.

The motel rooms are 75.00 a night and the cabins are 95.00 a night. I believe that's cheaper than last year.

Well folks unfortunately I am out. The little ladies parents are coming down from Washington to meet yours truly (yippeee). We are forced to keep it close to home and are heading to Naci for a couple days.

this is a hard desision. do ride my dirtbike with that fam and friends at the mojavi desert or go wakeboarding. seriously its a hard thing to figure out.

What time are you guys planning on leaving on Sunday?? I live in Napa and would love to ride with you guys. I can bring my boat up if needed(see profile pic). The only day I can go though is Sunday.

How far is Berryessa from Sacto? I will be up visiting my mom and was thinking maybe I'd head down for a day? What are the water temps in Nov. like?

Just booked my room!

I ride berryessa year round and I just use a wetsuit. If it is not sunny then it would be nice to have a dry suit. If the sun is out a wetsuit with closed toed bindings are just fine. Sac is probably about an hour from berryessa with no traffic.

We rode wet suits last year, bring both Al. Did you get a room or a cottage?

I just called and they said only 2 hotels have been rented so there are 14 cottages left and how ever many rooms left. The cottages are better because nothings open and they have kitchen, are bigger, and only $20.oo more.

i followed riley's lead and got a room in the hotel. how far away from the cottages is that?

There close by, but the cottages are better imo. more room we had 4 guys and tons of gear in one last year. I think i'm gonna get one with Kevin Bird and whoever else.

The last 3 years have been a blast. I'm not sure if I can make it this year, but if jabron is goin, and the LPPC is rolling, there is a good chance Kong will be in!!!

i'm thinkin its a go BG. i get back from South Carolina on sunday, work for a few days then thanksgiving then the lake.

joel said he was down to roll too. we all had a blast last year for sure. we should take the boat!!!
