Now don't get me wrong, Skylon makes some cool stuff. I own 2 bat racks, and i've owned a pole for my old boat by them. But if you get a defective product, they don't stand behind it. My batrack started to bend and it finally cracked. I have never hit a tree or snagged it on a rope. It just started breaking. It bent straight down and cracked, so that rules out any rope pulling on it. They said it was user error. Buyers beware of Skylon. That make good stuff, but if it has a problem, good luck getting them to take care of you.

Sam, you would buy new racks every year and a half because they break?.....please.

I would expect racks to last longer than a year and a half. Maybe they will chime in.

I wasn't expecting them to replace the whole rack, all I wanted was the fork replaced. A rack of that quality should last longer then that. It was just lame I had to pay for a new rack fork on something that was not that old...and they told me it was my fault it broke! It broke from having wakeboards in it... I'm just saying Skylon should of steped up and took care of it. They make good stuff, I just don't know if I want to buy there products anymore, because if there is a problem with them, they don't seem to care. I work in warranty and customer service. Happy customers buy more stuff. Skylon could of handled it better.
