Mastercraft X-30 Ballast Problem

I have an 04 X-30. My Port side ballast was not working at all. The light on the switch does not come on whether you turned it to fill or drain. The other two were working fine until today, we went out and filled the starbird and middle locker ballast to do some surfing and now none of them work. So now I have two full and I can't drain them. Are there any fuses anywhere to check? Where do I start?

Also is it oaky to drain them when the boat is not it the lake?

we have an 06 x-30 and the fuse box is tucked up in the rear left locker

There is a circuit breaker underneath where the ballast switch is. Make sure the pumps are off and then push the breaker button and that should do it.
