I'm looking at buying a Clarion APX480M marine amp for my boat. According to Crutchfield, this amp will only accept 8ga power cables. It seems that most people on this site are running closer to 2ga power cables for their amps. Should I have any issues using the 8ga power cables? I plan on running 4 Polk marine speakers (or at least something similar) with the amp.
