I've got my backrolls down tight, now time for some style. What is the easiest grab on a backroll? Anything will help.

Kinda depends on how you do your backroll. If you do a mexi roll indy grabs are easy. If you do a normal roll a nose grab is easiest. The toughest part is keeping yourself from going to revert. Basically you need to come in on a different edge where its less progressive and emphasize standing off the top. Push your back hand across your body to prevent going to revert.

give it a whirl. the trick to grabbin inverts is lookin at your grab.. if you dont you will most likely just reach and reach and never find it. When i was figurin out the indy rolly i kept wantin to leave early so make sure and wait

whats the difference between a mexican roll and a backroll? like what would make it easier to grab indy vs nose

i do indy grabs. or try to. you will probably find yourself reaching down to grab the board but unable to reach it. if that happens just wait a little longer before going for the grab, that helps me stick em.

I found stale easiest when learning. It allows you to bend your knees a little and bring the board behind you if you're having trouble getting the grab. Once you got the grab solid you can poke the back leg to add some style. Indy is not terrible either, agree with Scooter that a quick look at your board helps you get the grab. I can usually find a stale grab w/ no look, but have to peek at the board to get indy on a backroll and tantrum.

I've yet to get the nose, always feel like I'm pulling around to revert.
