My stock Kenwood stereo quit on me yesterday. It would come on when I turned my accessories switch on, but none of the buttons would work on the face plate or on the remote. Has anyone replaced there stock Kenwood with a stereo that you can still use your remote. I have two remotes one next to the driver and the other above swim deck. Circuit city has no stereo they sell that will work with my remote. If anyone has replaced theirs where did you purchase, and how much $.

See if the unit has a small reset button before you give up on it.

Where would I find this reset button?

Look in the owners manual.

You can also try unplugging the power cord for a few seconds. This has worked on mine.

Most all Kenwood CD Players (07 Models) will work with your Marine Remotes. Your radio is bigger, but if you use a Marine dash kit it should fit perfect.
