Does Hyperlite sell replacement binding plates? I recently noticed that 2 out of 3 screws had been pulled out of the plate on the heel section. I reallly don't want to shell out another $300 for a new pair if I can repair these.

Take them back to the shop or contact Hyperlite via e-mail and they should back them up. They have very good warranty coverage.
