According to Boat U.S. magazine, The Character in the disney channel show called Kim Possible was created by the image of Dallas Friday.

just thought that was interesting and thought id share

i think what it actually means was that they created a 'dallas friday' character within the cartoon - as a guest appearance.
from memory, that happened after she won her ESPY?! maybe. vaguely remember hearing about it at the time.
