Board racks on a mule

Has anyone ever put board racks on Mule or Ranger or somethign like that? I have a Kawasaki Mule that I take down to the lake (it's a steep downhill hike) and i was thinking it would be cool to have a board rack on it to carry the boards down instead of putting them in the back.. make room for more people and gear and it would just be fun...
