which should i get and if you have rode both boards which do you think is better? why?

I think you need to demo both and choose for yourself. They are both great boards, and it really will boil down to which one feels right to you after riding it.

I agree with Chavez demo both but the marius does land softer.

both are very sick boards and they ride pretty similar. the marius is a little looser finless and seems a little slower. They both have great pop and smooth landings.

I have spent a lot of time on both and I think they ride very different in many ways. If you haven't ridden them both, you should before making a decision. Neither is better. Just different.

well i cant really demo them because there is no shop around here so i just need yall to give me some info/suggestions on what you like...

right now i am riding the 2002 premier 135 and before that i was riding the 2002 bbelmont DNA 136, until i broke it

The Absolute is closer to your 2002 Premier except a tad faster, a little more abrupt pop, softer landings, and a lighter feel. I'd say the hold/tracking of the board is about the same.

That's a good transition imo. I rode a 2002 Premier 135 for 1 year, moved to a Platinum Absolute, and have been stuck on it for three years now.

jrod's right on w/ the premier/absolute comparison...except that the absolute is a lot faster (not saying that the absolute hauls ass)...the premier's a slug!

that's my take, anyway.

Tony (my son rode the Ab Plat this year then switched to the Transend and now rides the Marius) He likes the Marius best because it lands real soft and pops well. Also the V tail on the board allows it to roll over real fast and edge hard but has a nice flat bottom for sliding.

The Marius is an awesome board, but I don't think it's for everyone. I personally like it, but not everyone feels that way.

I wish I could demo the Marius but I don't live near any wakeboard shops that carry CWB. I'm just not ready to give up my absolute just yet I love it.
I'm thinking of buying the new Liquid Force Fish after Labor day with the new CWB Zues Bindings

Mango,
If you drive up to Lake Wallenpaupack (about an hour from Hopatcong) The Boat Shop has CWB. There number is 570 226-4062.

I think they'll be many more shops carrying CWB from now on. So Stoked on their line.
Fish over a Marius? I've ridden both and no comparison!. Faster edge to edge, much much softer landings, not way too short....get the Marius.
With you on the Zeus. Always been a fan of the CWB, not so much their boots. Good to see they focused there this year.

yeah i want to demo both boards someday. I'm most likely going to get the Zues once they come out because my 2002 Parks bindings are always hurting my feet after 30 minutes of riding.
