I just wanted to come on here and compliment DB electrical for their great customer service. People always hit up these forums when there is an issue related to someone not honoring their warranty.

I had an issue with my alternator that I purchased from them. Called them after I got home and spent 1 minute 37 seconds on the phone with them and there were no questions asked other than if I had my order number. Had my receipt handy and now I have a new alternator being shipped out this afternoon. All they asked is that I send the old one back.

Great customer service is hard to find these days and I am very pleased with how well this was handled and I know where I will be going for any future alternator or starter products I need.

same thing happened with me. I called and told them that the alternator I bought got fried, no questions asked they sent me a new alternator the same day. And just told me to send the fried one back. They ever paid all shipping charges.
