Proline Delta broke

Anybody had any issues with the rope pulling out of the handle? Got the '06 snow camo carbon delta and Sunday the rope pulled out of the handle, was doing a deep water start so there wasn't much of a load on it at all. Appears the rope was doubled back in the handle and then epoxied or glassed together. emailed Proline's parent co. CWB and haven't gotten a response yet?

Oh and all they're going to tell you is to send it into them at the address below with a letter stating the problem and with your information.

Same thing happened to me. I took it back to the dealer and they replaced it on the spot.

Just got off the line with them, and they are covering it under warranty. Pretty stand up! Can't ask for better service than that.
