My 09 F250 starting making this strange noise that felt like it was coming thru the brake and steering column when I apply the brakes. Thinking this wasn't normal I took it past the dealership and I was told it's the hydroboost. Just my luck, it's not covered under my extended warranty and its a $450 part plus a few hour labor job which will end up costing me close to a grand! Upon attempting a simple search for this part, all I can find is hydroboost brakes? Can any of your diesel experts help me out on this one? Thanks!
