Cool vid explaining step by step -- they gloss over a few things, but looks similar to surftech construction. (it's a sailboard, but of course many of the same steps apply)

I saw that vid last night! They have my copy carver!!!! :-)

Did you see how they did the laps? The weakest part of a board is the rails (trust me I have a PILE of two piece boards! :-) ) so I was surprized by the fact that the mold split on the rail...however, the cut lap of carbon tape would do the trick.

Interesting stuff.

I've got to finish my mold now!!!!! :-)
