Slingshot w/out Driver Bindings

well, i heard somewhere that the 2008 slingshot wakeboards will support both their bindings (2 screws) and all other bindings (1 screw)

so my story is that i just bought about a month ago on ebay some watsons CT for a good deal and if i get a new board this christmas, i really don't want to be buying new bindings so my question is:

is not having the slingshot specific bindings going to affect the "flex" that much or is it just a way for them to say 'buy my product because i claim it helps that much more'...

i was at slingshot yesterday and saw the 08 stuff and the new boards will support all boots

regular boots will affect the flex a bit but shouldnt be too noticeable

Hey Entrust. Is there any top secret info about the 08 stuff that you are allowed to leak? I have the Recoil w/ Driver boots and its the most fun board that I have ever owned. I'm anxious to see what they have up their sleeves for 2008.

there really isn't anything too top secret, boards are the same just the addition of normal boot mounts along with some awesome new graphics! and the new boots are insane!! way lighter!! there will be 2 models of boots but a really kick ass girls boot!

slingshot has done an amazing job of listening to everyone and delivering on it!

can you share how long till they're on sale?
