Any Idea what it can be?

Also with the moomba dealership closed who should I bring the boat to? Is lakeside marine in Rocklin good?

Sound like a standard throttle body whistle to me, I have heard many boats make that same sound at idle, and several aftermarket manufacturers on performance cars too.

Jacob @ Sterling Marine in rancho Or SOS Marine on Douglas but they can have quite a wait time... Both are good.

Air, belt, pulley or accessory bearings. If it sounds like it's coming from one of the pulleys or accessories you can remove the belt briefly to test, if one is bad you will likely feel it while spinning or rocking by hand.

My guess is its the pulley bearing on your alternator going/gone bad.

I second Corey's response. Take the belt off, check the pulleys and accessories. Lastly, start it without the belts on for a quick listen.
