Thanks for helping me understand. Could I use my pdx 600/4 for the 4 in-boat speakers and the Pro 60s. Then use the 750/1 for the Pro 80s. Just trying to make use of what I have. I really don't have a good stereo shop around me and do most of the work myself. Thanks for the help, I always value your input.

Sam,
You could run a JL Audio HD600/4 to your four tower speakers. It has dual power supplies and is very strong, stronger than the Alpine in my opinion. You can tune the 60s and 80s independently this way. The 60s will get their full rated power. The 80s will receive within 1 dB of their rated power but with a strictly regulated amplifier this is really more comensurate with 200 watts from an unregulated amplifier.
An HD750/1 is going to be a little too much for one pair of Pro80s.
Look, you can run one Syn2 to all four speakers. Just set the overall crossover a bit higher in consideration of the Pro60s.
A Syn6 could also be a single amplifier solution running stereo on the larger channels and running bridged on the four smaller channels. This would give you the power and individual settigs.
Give me a PM or email and we can talk about this more in depth.
