I like to give companys credit when they deserve it, and seeing how good customer service is hard to find these days ill share my story.

last week our heater core went out. pooring hot water all over the drivers feet. contacted my local dealer, to find out its less than a month out of warranty, but yest still OUT of warranty. I cantact HEATER CRAFT. what a great experience, nicest group of people ive ever dealt w/. that was tuesday afternoon. here i am thursday morning and my new heater core shows up at the door. they are great.

now i just gotta install it. anyone got any advise on a 02 wsvlx

help would be appreciated.
thanks
skylar

Its real easy, its just a matter of disconnecting two hoses pulling out the old one and putting in the new one and re fastening the two hoses. This is the reason I passed on a heater on the new boat. I had one in my '96 after 3 cores I gave up and just looped the system.

A friend and I each bought new 2000 Air Nautiques within a month of each other, both with heaters.

Beginning of this season, we both had our heater cores fail, within a month of each other. Mine just before I sold the boat!

the heaters are nice, but they don't last.
