I like the looks of 13th floor's universal tower. Does anyone have one or know how well they function? My guess is they aren't as rigid as a Monster, but they look unique. Does anyone have experience with 13th floor as far as customer service and installation?

I have heard good things about 13th Floor products. They're a fairly local company (Portland, OR), so we see a few around town on boats. From the people that I have talked to, they are happy with their purchases of these towers. Sorry I couldn't be of more help as far as customer service or installation experience.

I have the previous generation 13th floor tower and so does my cousin. Its a nice stable tower with very little flex and personally I think it looks a lot better than the monster towers.

my cousin's and mine

I also have the older model of 13th floor towers. It is very, very stable and does not sway more than a half inch when riding in white caps.
