Lake Powell Houseboat Available 8/5 - 8/11

Due to a medical emergency I have had to cancel the 59' XT Deluxe houseboat I had reserved out of Antelope Point Marina for the week of August 5th through the 11th. If you or anyone you know might be interested please have them call Antelope Point Marina at 1-800-255-5561 and ask for Heather. If they are unable to re-sell the reservation I will have to eat the cost of the boat so please spread the word. You can see the boat at:

If u can't get anyone to take the reservation... mind if I take the boat since you will be paying for it anyways??? Haha jk, thought it was worth a shot though anyways...

what does that thing cost for a week?

Might be willing to do a last min trip if I could swing some sort of a deal?

Grant,

The boat runs $8244 for the week. With both marinas sold out for that week in August I am hoping there is someone out that will pay full boat. If not, I guess something is better than nothing.

Len: I guess I mis-read the website because I thought it said $6800 for the summer rate for a week. Damm thats outa controle. A week in Cabo is sounding good

I looked at the total on my invoice, it is somewhat over stated.

Here is the breakdown on the cost:

Base rental (summer season) $6995
Early booking discount -$100
AZ sales tax $449.90
Security Deposit (refundable)$750
Damage waiver $140
More AZ sales tax $9.14
Total $8244.03

The resort re-sold the reservation today. Many thanks to Antelope Point/Forever Houseboats and reservations rep Heather for thier assistance. Thanks to WW members who helped spread the word as well.
