I saw a pic of a cooler on here somewhere that had a cushion as a lid. The cushion wasn't just attached to the lid it was the lid. Does anybody know where I might be able to find something like that?

Sounds like the coolers that have come in Supras for years.

IMO most factory coolers area JOKE. If you want a real cooler check out these cooler's. I know a cooler like this wont work in a as well in a V drive as it works in a DD if you can fit one in your boat then you should check them out

No what I saw before looked like a stand alone igloo cooler that the guy just had sitting behind the drivers seat. I could be wrong though. Eubanks thanks for your worthless comment.

I bought a marine grade igloo ice chest and it has snaps on it available for attaching a cushion. It works great and I can seat an extra 2 people if I have to. Tracy makes something similar

Jeremiah, Your talking about my setup...Not sure I have the pics here at work...but I'll check.

The stats on it are:
Standard Coleman 40 Qt cooler. I then screwed in snaps to the top lid.
I then attached snaps to the square throw cushion that is required equipment in NJ.
The cooler fits behind the drivers seat in my MC X10. Serves as the cooler and a additional seat.

The new correct craft 236 and 230 have a recessed portion of the floor under a seat that comes with a removable cooler. It's great we love it it's huge and no longer sits in the floor

I'm rolling the same setup as J. Brenner has in that picture, in my Avalanche. Works awesome and the extra cooler space is great. Mine barely fits because it is 94 quarts, but two extra people can sit on it.
