Alpine Deck -XM Radio Question???

I bought a boat with a Alpine CDA-9847 Head unit. It says it is "SAT Radio Ready" I have XM in both my vehicles and would like to add it to the boat. Will the Terk XM Radio XM Direct Tuner + Alpine Adapter Kit be all I need to have XM on my boat? Any help would be great
