dont rail into the wake, take a nice easy edge and then give it alittle more at the wake so it pops you up. pop off the wake and then pull with both hands, dont spin off the wake or you can get pulled off.

Find the I love 360s thread. This was just discussed. Or look in trick tips.

J-Rod's got it. Look in the trick tips section and there are a bunch of 360 threads with good input.

just make sure u pull the handle with BOTH hands towards your trailing hip before you go for the pass otherwise youll never get the handle again!

ill check that thread. but dumb question. ive seen pictures and videos of riders taking off with the handle behind their back. would that make it easier since there is no handle pass? or is that more advanced?

Thats called wrapped and might be easier, I actually learned the 3 that way, but most learn the handle pass 3 before wrapped, you can prolly eat more the wrapped if u dont make it all the way around as well as greater chance of going off axis

okay ray, thanks. it just looks like it would be easier. i know some people that can do wrapped tricks and cant handle pass. i guess it cant hurt to try both. well it could, but i hope it wont. *laughs*

one more question. when taking off. where should my hands be on the handle. when im just jumping my hands are all the way in and together. and i doubt thats right

it dont matter. I ride with my hands together at all time. If you cant make the handle pass with your hands together, your not going to make it with your hands appart.

If you have a good sized wake try going from inside to outside the wakes to try and get the idea of handle pass and body position.

Agreed. Also, learn them on the surface at around 15 mph. Try that, then inside-out, then 1 wake, then wake to wake. And pay special attention to the 2nd half of the trick when you're on the surface, the switch toeside backside 180 (assuming you're talking heelside frontside 360)

Check out learnwake.com if you can.
