Liquid force ltds 2009

I just won some 2009 liquid force shane boots off eBay for a great price. I had them on my marius but just got a witness. When I swapped out the boots water came pouring out of them. They came new in the box but without the warrenty paperwork. After riding them a few more times I figuired out that the air pocket which are hollow on the bottom plate hold a bunch of water. That and they seem to run really small. Other than that they are a great boot. I saw a post on this earlier and couldn't find it today. Any one else having problems with the 09 fly ltd boots. Thanks

You should contact LF customer service, I don't think they're too particular about the warranty info, especially since they are 09s ltds that probably haven't even been available long enough to be out of warranty as well as the fact that it appears to be a common problem that seem to aware of and are addressing.
