Anyone have experience with replacing all upholstery on a closed bow ski boat. How much should I expect it to cost, and where did you get it done?

I had mine done locally. $1500 bucks, but it looks brand new. The only thing not done was the correct craft emblem stiching...for that you need to go to a dealer and they charge $2500 just for the skins.

Quite a few shops have the capability for the Correct Craft emblem stitching here in the Dallas area. Should be the same in other areas.

Yeah I re upholstered my back seat. I decided to not put back thecorrect craft logo. He said he could have for a couple hundred more. They just download the logo file information online. Ever heard of the website brandsoftheworld.com There you can pretty much find any company/business logo you want. From there you can do what you want, transfer to vector file...etc

Anyway my experiences with the upholstry shops have not been great. It seem upholstry shop after upholstry shop they were just looking to get as much money as they could. I would come back when they told me it would be done only to find out that it was not done. They would take a look at my tow rig or car and automatically assume I could afford whatever price they would through at me. Lets just say I have had to bounce around a little before finding another decent shop.

I was told that it was a trademark issue and since we all know CC is a stickler for trademark/patent issues (FC tower) I certainly understand. One thing I should have done was "stolen" an idea from Tige. The Ve has these corner pads that flip over and are carpeted on the bottom so when you get in and out of the boat you aren't stepping all over the vinyl. My rear seat had a nice place to do that and I thought of it too late.
