i would say that the best riding is in the narrows at pleasure cove... some of the other marinas are large open water...

The closest one is Markley Cove. It is near the Dam and @ the end of a long arm. I am not sure how it will be for riding. We usually go early and its not bad.

Yeah the closest would be Markely and then shortly after pleasure cove. IMO the best place to launch is Steele Park because there is more launching docks than the others, but depending on the wind factor the best riding is often times on the other side of the lake near pleasure cove. The key to Berryessa is getting out early and you should have no trouble finding good water and little traffic. (last weekend wasn't THAT crowded)

I just rode last night(5 May)around 700pm. Not a boat on the lake from Pleasure cove to Markley. Glass water as far as the eye could see.

EPIC!!!!
