Mastercraft trailer leaf spring service bulletin

I have a 99 Xstar that has a service bulletin on the trailer springs. What I am wondering is if anyone can tell me how to tell if the springs have been fixed or not?

If they haven't broke yet they are probably fixed. j/k Take it to the dealer and they can tell you. You better take it in soon. They have had some issues with those trailers.

Well that is just it. I did take it in and the dealer/mastercraft said that it had been done. I question that becuase I have owned the boat 90% of its life and I have never had it done. The reason I am sceptical is becuase I posted my hullid online before(mymastercraft I think to see what service bulletins/recalls were out on my boat) and wanted to make sure that my hull ID hasn't gotten used by someone else.

Does anyone know a way to tell?

The dealer did the oil pump and alt bracket. But I don't think they contacted MC about them. They were obvious.
