I have been trying to do the math to see how much you could charge per night/hour/day to make it work. Screw profit, I would act as a nonprofit for that butter.

I have watched that lot for over a year now and it started out at 4.5 mil, Doug at Bow lake said you could probably get it for under 3 and if thats the case subdivide it into 5 or 6 lots with your friends and your only at 500,000 plus 250,000 to built a house $750,000 to live on that lake. Sure beats 4.5 mil to live on lake washington

That place is retarded, it has some sort of inlet where you can drive right up to the house. And a stable, bot daughter and son were pleased I imagine.

Zero money down your looking at $24,567 a month....so you average 5 guest during the week and your hav 10 guest during the weekend...your looking at 818.90 a day... for a week its 5732.30, you can figure out how much you would like to charge people.....
