Need support for Utah Cable Park

We are proposing to the state of Utah to have a cable park installed on one of the public lakes here. So we need the support to help us out. I signed up and invited friends. I talked to Pat Panakos at the boat show and he said he had looked at a couple of options and had one in the works but financing fell through due to the economy......
