I'm making an aluminium face plate for the ws420 and the stereo remote. any thoughts as to what looks best. I like having them together but it might look crowded. I could split them up too. One on each side eq on left because the dash is straight and a malibu swoop in the corner on the right. Chrome the back plate or black powder coated?

I have seen who cares bracket in the boat and it looks great. Really clean and professional look to it.

I wanted the ability to be able to pass the mic to a passenger to use if needed. I have the wrap around seating in my boat just like yours.

I would go with both on the right side. I don't see much cosmetic difference and I like all the clearance I can get for getting in and out of the seat or for swiveling.

You've got a potential knee smacker on the left side.
