i brought back a supra ssv from atlanta and live in cincinnati. i have zero storage at my place. anyone have ideas? i want inside storage. how much should i pay for like a self storage garage? sorry for the dumb question but i am in a bind.

mike, i live in dayton and i have seen prices for those storage units for like 100-120 here. Hope this helps

Same here. I pay $114/mo for a 10x30 storage unit, even though i keep the boat on a lift in the summer. Its probably the best money i've spent on the boat. There is a big difference between leaving a boat exposed to the elements 3 months a year and leaving it out all year long.

do you find that you can fit it in a 10 x 30? i mean fitting it through a single car garage door is not an easy task.

There's plenty of room lengthwise. Side clearance gets little hairy. I have about 2" between the rear guidepoles and the sides of the door. Its a bitch, but definitely doable. Once i got used to it, i can usually nail it on the 1st or 2nd try.

You will make it at 10' like Derek said above. I think that the law is 8'5" max width at the widest part of your trailer?

I would not imagine that this would be a prob at a storage place but make sure you have the height clearance as well. My boat is a little over 8" with the tower down. most residental garages these days are 7'...
