SD Mission Bay

Question for you guys...is there riding going on in mission bay? I am staying in the Bahia for the next week (business comp: ICBSC) and really would love to hook up some riding. I live in Canada and it is gonna be sooo nice to be down there. Or is it too cold to ride?

Anyway if anyone near Mission would like to hook up a ride to a poor canadian boy, text my cell at 306-717-8898. I would really appreciate it and I will totally reimburse you!!!

Do you have wheels while you're in San Diego? If so, I know you can get a pull up on the Carlsbad Lagoon at the new Snug Harbor wakeboard school. It's 20 miles north, straight up the 5 freeway in Carlsbad. IT's well worth the drive if you can do it.
Otherwise, I used to live in San Diego and I would go to the launch ramp area and try to mooch rides as people were coming and going in their boats. Not very dignified, but it got me in the water plenty!

And if all else fails, you can ride toe roller coaster in Mission Beach and go try to surf the stationary wave they have right there in Belmont Park right on teh beach.
