car stereo advice

looking to upgrade stereo in 2006 nissan titan, does anyone have experience with the Alpine IVE-W535HD?

Main concerns are sound quality, aesthetics, bluetooth and ease of use. Open to hearing other suggestions. Budget is to stay under 1,300 w install, etc.

Are you trying to get nav? I wouldnt even waste your money if you dont have nav. I have a pioneer version and it was around 350 on amazon.
