water temps at castaic lake

Anyone know the water temp at Castaic. Wanna know if we can just boardshort it or do we need wetsuit/drysuit.

im planning on going soon and am just bringing shorts. if you dont do well with cold water you may want a shorty or wetsuit top. definitely not fullsuit weather yet imo.

I was out last Sunday and it was fine. With the air being really warm this week it should be even better.

trunkin it is fine, you might want a top though if you go early, although i did see some boner the other day riding a drysuit when the water temp was 70 air 75
