anyone ever deal with wakevideo.com?

I ordered an air trakker pro, but have not heard anything. The 1800 is disconnected, and they are not responding to emails. Just wondering if they are still in buisness

Brian is rebuilding/upgrading mine now
I think that the top mounts are backordered...?
I spoke to him last week
but haven't tried lately

I just got my air trakker pro a few days ago, I was beginning to wonder the same thing. I got mine over a week late because they were on backorder, however I didn't get notified until I sent him an email. Bryan was slow to get back to me, and he still owes me a refund on the 2nd day air shipping charge. However, the product looks well made and I'm anxious to try it out. I've heard good things about his products in the past, so maybe he's just wrapped-up in expanding the business, or sothething else.

thanks for the replies. As long as people have had contact and are getting product, then ill be a bit more patient.
