Just got the 3 tube Heater Craft in and was looking for help in where to place it and where to run the lines. Is there a need for the Y pipe before the water pump? Any pictures would help.

Dealer suggested placing the unit up under the console and run the lines from the back.

The Factory Axis location is under the dash on drivers side. I have a two port and the lines are run on the side I believe. One pull out port is beside the chillax and the other is in the drivers footwell. Don't believe there is a y pipe before the water pump either as I don't have hot air when im idling.

Thanks Greg, was considering putting one of the pull outs by the chillax seat, or both actually as there pretty long tubes and will prob. reach the swim platform. The Y pipe is probably why you don't have any hot air when idling per some of the post on themailbucrew.com.

Yup, ive read the y pipe will allow that but never ended up putting it in. The pullout tube will reach approx to the seat beside the OB (long bench) and the seat behind the driver. If you run lines you will lose heat and pressure. If you decide to run it further go to walmart and look at RV sewage hose. Its the same as the heatercraft and 3x thicker and only 12 bucks for 20 ft. Look at getting a blanket that plugs into the heater tube. We have one and its awesome.

Sweet, will check out the thicker hose (poop tube) as you can never have too much heat during the cold days, unless you're on fire. Saw the blankets on another post, will have to check that out as well. Thanks again for the help.

+1 on the walmart poop tube. SO much easier to work with and durable as all get out.
