2010 Boomer Blast - July 2-4 Stillwater OK

Who's ready to have the best Fourth of July ever??? We are, and we're ready to throw the GREATEST and only wakeboarding tournament that has ever been held on Boomer Lake in the AWESOME City of Stillwater, with Kicker!

If you aren't familiar with Stillwater, be prepared to have the best weekend you've ever had yet this summer!! Together with the City of Stillwater, Kicker, H2O Sports Unlimited, Joseppi's, Sun and Ski and a host of many other great sponsors to have the time of your life!! We are planning to have the best tournament thus far ever held by Oklahoma Wake Series.
So here's the run down...

Friday July 2nd: We have Pay to Play, Learn to Wakeboard Clinics, Winching and any other water related sport we come up with, while setting up!

Saturday July 3rd: Registration opens at 9:00 am, begin competition around 10:30 am and at 11:00 am start having games (on land) on the hour until dark, while the intense competition is playing out on the water!

We will have Jeremy and Jenny from Tulsa Pay 2 Play hosting an all day winching competition, I've heard that the prizes are pretty awesome...

Joseppi's will be on the Sun Deck, selling adult beverages all day and night and setting up for a night you won't forget... There will be fun and entertaining Homemade Bikini Contest later in the evening as well as some dancing and singing.

Also Saturday evening we will also be teaming up with The City of Stillwater to play an Outdoor Movie on a big blow up screen. So bring your lawn chair and grab some popcorn from one of the local vendors.

Because we have this lake and park for the entire weekend and there will be some of us staying at there all weekend we plan on having fun until we can't move, with water games, winching, movies, dancing, karaoke, inflatable slides, jousting, and obstacle courses.

We do have a very nice Host Hotel, the Holiday Inn & Suites for those of you that don't want to stay on site, make sure you book a room soon (405) 372-2445. There is another great event going on in Stillwater that weekend and the rooms are filling up fast. Also when you make your reservations remember to tell them you are with the "Oklahoma Wake Series" to receive the special rate.

We will be charging a $5.00 parking fee to offset the cost of hosting such an awesome event, and to pay for our Security "Big Rob and Junior from OKC Tournament" and a host of other security officers.

Sunday July 4th: We will celebrate it in style with another fun filled day of competition on and off the water, additional vendors, and gearing up for the best Firework Show that Stillwater has ever put on..... After the last rider we will have a HUGE Double Up Contest waiting for Kicker to host our Award Ceremony. As soon as the sun goes down we will sit down and enjoy Stillwater's annual "Boomer Blast" Firework Show.
