free launch = more wallys...mostly the litterbug types

make it a 5 to 10 dollar launch...at least.
use the money to maintain the ramp, remove trash.

there's no such thing as a free launch....oh maybe that's lunch...

Agreed, you dont; want anything to do with "free". Your free ramp will go to crap within months.
