I just got my first AC, of the first models ever put out but I got it cheap. got up on it my second try and am comfortable turning and and whatnot, but i'm starting to get bored with that...I'm desparate to put some air between the foil and water. I've tried throwing my weight back up but that just results in the display of an blaze orange flag but no real air. any advice would be much appreciated. thanks

Jared,

The good folks at www.foilfreaks.com have you taken care of.

It will be a bit different on a A/C. The tutorial above is for Skyski riders. You'll find that the A/C needs a bit more movement in your back and shoulders. I find that on a Skyski it's in all in the stomp (feet) handle position (keep it low and at your hips) and abs (pulling your feet up to your chest).

Hey Jared,
Get on the Hydrofoil List & hook up with other riders in your area. There are riders in Boise, Spokane & Coeur d'Alene to say the least.

And join us all at the Pro Hydrofoil Tour stop in Kennewick on July 24th & 25th.
