Back when Murray's bindings had the BOA system my wire broke. I emailed Hyperlite and sent them in...i never saw a replacement or got them sent back to me, they just disappeared. Im happy to hear this though, i probably just didnt know who to get in contact with and screwed something up. I was going to switch to some ronix gear this year because of their warranty but im not so sure anymore, i have always loved hyperlite.

Glad to hear that you had a good experience with Hyperlite. I recently bought the new Marek and love it, they make some great stuff. My brother has 2007 Hyperlite board and the bindings ripped out of the board. He sent pics in and called the boardshop who said they couldnt help him, and they referred him to Hyperlite. He contacted them and they said it wasnt covered by warranty, so now he's boardless. Is the warranty a new policy and doesnt cover older gear? Thanks guys, hope you can help me out.

My brother had a splitting issue with a wakeskate and Hyperlite hooked him up with a new board pretty fast. If I remember right our local shop wasn't going to do anything about it until my brother contacted Hyperlite and then all he had to do was swap it for a new one.

I had a Hyperlite 3DS that was delaminating. The board was no longer in production and they gave me the choice of a Murray or Marek to replace it. I took the Marek. Hyperlite rocks. They really believe in taking care of their customers!!!
