So I found this while digging thru some old boxes of wakeboarding stuff. It's a HO Sports Screw-Insert repair kit. It was from the old Shapiro directional board I had that was known to have the screw-inserts pull out on hard landings or nasty falls.
On the left is a drill-bit wiht a nut welded to it so you could only drill so deep into the board. On the right is the new screw-insert and a stand-off that allowed you to tighten in the insert with a socket wrench. The instructions are pretty good with describing how to do the work.

Just thought I would share. Seeing as I have no use for it, it's probably going to get tossed.
