Make sure you are comparing apples to apples. JL rates their amps at 12.5V, whereas the industry standard is 14.4V. The A4300 puts out 110W per channel @ 14.5V to a 2 ohm load. That being said, you are going to be running one pair at 4 ohms, and two pairs at 2 ohms. Not ideal. I would consider picking up the M6450 (or 6450A if you want to save some coin and don't live in a salty or humid region) and keep everything at 4 ohms.
