Over the winter, I ordered a wind dam kit from Supreme for my V226 and was finally able to pull it out of storage this week (of course it's gonna snow this week now!)

I found a good thread from h20king on CenturionCrew, and simply followed his steps.

To be sure I didn't crack the gel coat when drilling, I used painter's tape over the hole AND ran the drill in reverse (never heard of this before but it worked great!).

Thanks h20king!

Quick question - what do you guys store your wind dam in when it's not in-use? I'd like to keep mine scratch-free and looking at padded art portfolios/similar padded pouches but not finding an inexpensive solution...any ideas?

My kit came with a sunbrella case that snaps in the rear locker on the divider wall.It would be easy enough to make one if you know someone that sews.

Very nice. Where did you order that from and what price? I'm looking for one for my v232.

Thanks guys, I ordered it through my dealer (Semper Speed and Marine) and believe it cost around $225 for the kit, which took about 2 hours to install (taking my time to triple check the measurements).
