When I ride in good water I can get good TS pop and clear the wakes with nice air. HOWEVER, a lot of the time I ride in crap water. I can fight through on HS stuff but generally don't even try TS because I am either going to get pulled off my edge from the chop or not get good pop and case the wake. Any ideas to strenghten my TS edge in poor conditions?

Can't offer any advice, but I'd also like to see the responses. Been riding in a lot of blown out water this summer too.

Rob - What speed and rope length do you ride behind your 210? What happens normally when you fall...do you just case the wake or do you also get pulled back on your heels in the air or on the landing?

Your technique really shouldn't change from butter to chop. You just have to work a bit harder to hold your edge through the wake. Do you have any video of your TS jumps?

I say practice riding chop. My spoiled self rides on a private lake majority of the time so when I get to chop I ride poorly. My buddy can ride glass or chop exactly the same. It's all in what you ride and practice.

What happens now is when I cut in TS hard I will get kicked-up right at the wake like I am trying a Front Roll or a Scarecrow. I am not meaning to let off the edge, the damn chop is breaking my edge. I guess I just need to nut it up and edge a bit harder.
