I'm kinda new to wakeboarding, just starting to consistantly jump wake to wake. well last week i done a toeside 180 off one wake as soon as i landed i went to spin back around and wiped out. i felt the worst pain in my leg i've ever felt when i looked down i seen my knee bone and knee cap were out of line so i pushed them back in. my leg swole up and hurt pretty bad for about 2 days. it started feeling better so i went back out sat. tried the same 180 again and didn't land it but insted screwed up the other knee. this didn't pop out just twisted i guess. hurts worse than the other and still hurts today.

any advice on what i'm doing to do this and how to stop it. i've seen some of the pros wearing braces are they for prevention of this or support for the already injured. please help so i won't do this again
