Sanger V210 or if you can find V215.
Old     (jaybee)      Join Date: Aug 2007       05-19-2009, 4:09 PM Reply
Not sure why you would look at any boat with "abused" hours on it.

Coming from a Bayliner, maybe an "abused" X1 is an upgrade...... JK JK JK JK!

Sanger has a big following here on WW & a good dealer network in your area.

Try using http://www.crazedlist.org to search the various Craigslist sites in your area. You'll find just about everything available at that price.

The place where I bought my boat has a 2007 Sanger V210 that is loaded and in showroom condition with only 42 hours on it for $ 29,995. Might be worth the drive, I drove from WA down there to pick up a brand new Supreme V208 for the same price.

Check Tim out at:

I keep seeing this on CL. Worth the look anyway.

I think its the same boat Sandy is talking about.

Malibu Vride, the 05 has the same hull as the 04 vlx. Throws an awesome wake.

Doesn't quite fit in the "underrated" category, as stated above, both the Sanger V-210 and V-215 are very well respected.
Plus you live right in the heart of Sanger country, so you have the benefit of more to choose from.

That one in Oregon does look like it would be worth the drive north, and you could hit up some new lakes on the trip back!

Have had my Sanger V215 for three seasons now, LOVE IT! With the wake package, you get 1000 pounds of ballast and many way more talented than me wakeboarders have been on it and commented that the wake is huge and very ridable. Nice wide, comfortable boat.

Isaac -You may want to tell us what your price range is.
Prices are coming down on all boats still, you can find a 2002-2003 SAN 210 for pretty cheap (under 30k) right now...obviously this is not an "under-rated boat" though

Chris, Sangers aren't underrated on here and to those in the know but most people have no clue about them.

Isaac, if you can swing 29k this boat looks like an absolutely smoking deal. It has a crazy huge stereo that if you didn't want maybe you could sell some of it and buy PP or extra ballast. It is good colors as well.

My buddy is selling his 2001 210 right now for $25k. If you're strictly looking for a wake machine, it's a great deal.

That boat is bad ass I bet you could find one for cheap right now, maybe even brand new for that price, like a roll over from 07 or something look around.

Why spend $30k on a used boat when you can get a brand new X1 for $36k, fully loaded?

The deals are there. All you got's ta do is pluck one up.

That X1 is a great deal!!! I just sold my 2006 X-1 with 185 hours on it for 37(k).

Issac, do yourself a favor, spend another $2,500 and pick up this X-1. Last fall I sold my 2000 X-Star (same boat only older) for that price(my boat had center ballast only, PP, single axle trailer, no tower speakers).

Unless there is something wrong, this is a steal.

Avalanche C4 I picked mine up for 21k, I put around 3k into it and now it's almost perfect! Super wakeboard and wakesurf boat!

205V for sure. Should be able to get a 6-8 year old one for under 30k and the wake is second to none.

went and checked the X1 today.. def out of the running.. I dont really like to interior layout and we put 6 adults inside and it felt really cramped :-(

Sanger V210, V215 and SAN are next down the list.. will check those out this week!

This is my boat. I have spent some good money keeping it running great. i'm selling it to make room for our new boat. This boat has been very good to us and is loaded with things a wakeboarder needs. Its not a ski beach boat}

we can work with the price some for you

Hey Nick.. I actually saw your boat in the storage unit when I was out with Evan last month.. send me a pm with some details... Hours etc....

Not to jump on the bandwagon, but I too think the Sanger 210 can throw down!! Great to drive and once the little ripper gets advanced he will be able to progress on the wake no problem! My profile pic is a well loaded 210. Such a fun wake to ride.

6 adults and felt cramped in the X1? I know I have been on bigger boats than X1's, but I have never felt cramped with 6 people on my boat. I guess that's why there is chocolate and vanilla.

I know a guy selling an 05 SAN 210 with 550 hours on it but it's loaded up for under 30k. It was a repo but he's put most of the things back on. Can't post it because i only have an html doc he sent me. boat is in the northwest.
Old     (schmo)      Join Date: Oct 2003       05-26-2009, 7:35 AM Reply
If he felt that the X1 was cramped, I have a feeling he will think the same of the older SAN 210 and probably a couple others on this list.

if you're going to be putting 6 adults in a x-1 or 210 you're gonna be cramped, regardless. they're both small boats. if you dont want to be cramped you need to move up the the 215 sanger or look for a used VTX or VLX or something.

x-15 is a HUGE boat. we burried the new one last nite for the first time and it was AMAZING!!! everyone had grins on their faces while riding. and we had 9 adults in the boat comfortably...
