JL Microsub

Anybody here have one of these in their boat or have heard one? I've had a couple different stereo shops promote these subs.

Clint: What sub are you talking about do you have a Photo; Are you talking about the 8inc w-7??

..Clint I have the dual 8" JL Audio Micro Sub in my VLX I mounted it under the dash, on top of the foot rest facing upwards.

Grant - yeap the one with the 8" sub or looks like mike has one with two 8"s.

Mike are you just teasing me! What do you think about it? Would you recommend it?

I worked great in my application, I didn't want to make an enclosure and relocte my heater so we installed the dual 8's They work real well, I have a JL 15W-3 under the observer seat area and the 8's work very well with the 15.

You will be impressed with the sound for such a small sub.

Mike, could you post a picture of your sub install for me?

I have a WS-VLX with heater that needs a sub. I also don't want to tinker for days. So, your solution is appealing.

Mike's 8's Sound real good Im suprised how much bass they make! You would thing there's 2- 12inc woofer's in there.

JL makes a NEW 8 inc W7 It's a 17 pound 8 inc woffer, they say it need's less thn 1 qubic foof of air space
