Rental House on the water in Orlando?

My crew is planning a trip to OWC right after Christmas, like Sat Dec 27th through new years give or take a day. Since the park doesn't open until later in the morning, we figured we would bring our boat and try to get a place on the water where we could take sets in the morning before hitting the park.

The crew consists of two dads in their late 30's, 2 kids (9 and 14 years old), and maybe one or two guys like myself (25 and married). So no big throw down, we just want a place to crash on the water near the park. Anybody know of a place like this or somebody who may be out of town that week and wanted to make a little $$$?
