Bindings to match with LF Angel

I'm buying my girlfriend an 09 Liquid Force Angel for Xmas, and need some suggestions on bindings. She's still pretty beginner (she's only really ridden my relic of a board/bindings) so something easy-in-easy-out would be handy. Open toe prefered. I've been eyeing up both the LF Alloy and Melissa, possibly the Plush.

My biggest concern is getting the right fit. She's a size 8 women's shoe. I'll get her to try some things on, but any suggestions? Maybe some non-LF bindings that will fit the Angel?
