Knee Brace/Wetsuit

How do you wear these together? Knee brace over or under the suit? I am thinking under but not sure. Thanks!

I say over. Under has potential to rip the suit.

i would think that the brace under the suit would do more harm than good, whether it be to the wetsuit or you

I wear mine over. When I'm not wearing a suit I wear a sleeve under. In my case the wetsuit just replaces the sleeve.

I've worn one under my suit and it didn't slide or tear the suit. When you get a brace fitted it is fitted to your leg with nothing coming in contact between the brace and your knee.

Over the suit is the ONLY way I wear mine.

I wore mine over while barefooting and now I have a new brace because the old one is at the bottom of the lake.

I have seen guys do both ways but under seems like a pain in the ass to deal with. You can use smaller pads on the brace and put it over the top. I din't want to mess with that so I use a really good long sleeve spring or drysuit when its colder.

under - if dry suit (loose dry suit that is)
